The man who Lawerence county Ohio deputies arrested earlier this week in connection with a beating death that happened last year has been indicted on murder charges.
Deputies arrested Rhamel Hatcher at his home in South Point, Ohio. He is charged with first degree murder.
The arrest is in connection with the brutal beating death of Jeremy Cook that happened back in May of 2010. Clyde Cooper and Dwain Foster both entered a Kennedy Plea -- that is a legal option for not admitting guilt or innocence to the crime, but shows the prosecution has a lot of evidence. Cooper was sentenced to 15 years. Foster will be sentenced next month.
Hatcher is currently being held in Ironton, Ohio without bond while he awaits extradition back to West Virginia. He will appear in court next week.
