The YWCA Charleston honors four women at it's 16th annual Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon.
Linda Arnold, Dr. Ethel Caffie-Austin, Threece Clements-Townsend, and Debra Sullivan were received that award.
The YWCA say each honoree embodies strength, determination and pioneering spirit.
Arnold, is the chair and CEO of the Arnold Agency.
Caffie-Austin, is known as West Virginia's First Lady of Gospel.
Clements-Townsend, is the seventh annual BrickStreet Empowerment Award honoree.
Sullivan is the Principal of Charleston Catholic High School.
The event was presented by Huntington National Bank, it also kicked off the YWCA Charleston's Centennial Celebration.
The organization was founded int 1912 for a safe place for young girl from rural areas to Charleston to work of for educational opportunities.
