A man sentenced to home confinement after killing his friend after a drunk driving accident is back in jail.
James Miller is accused of using meth and marijuana while on home confinement.
Last Friday, Judge Duke Bloom sentenced Miller to a two to ten years home confinement after the urging to Miller's mother.
Last year, Miller killed Brandon Bradshaw in a crash in Big Chimney.
The judge will decide later if he goes to prison or goes back on home confinement.
