A two year old special needs child is in the hospital after after it fell out of a third story window at a Putnam County apartment complex.
It happened at the Sable Point Apartment Complex in Hurricane Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the child's parents had opened the window because it was a nice day outside.
Somehow the child got close enough to the window to fall out.
The child was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
