A Proctorville, Ohio man is facing numerous charges after troopers say he allegedly pointed a gun at another man in the Cabell County area.
According to the criminal complaint, 60-year old Lewis F. Black, Jr. was at a home in the 1400 block of Johns Creek Road in Milton Thursday, when he got into a fight with a man about a truck being parked in the road.
West Virginia State Police say that's when Black allegedly showed a revolver, pointing it inches away from the victims face. When troopers approached Black, they say he told them he had been drinking whiskey that evening.
Black was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment, brandishing a deadly weapon, and obstructing an officer.
