A Huntington man is charged with allegedly breaking into a home and beating a woman.
Huntington Police say 41-year old Roger Dale Justice allegedly broke into a residence in the 16 hundred block of 12th Avenue early Tuesday morning.
Court documents say that once inside that residence, Justice hit a woman who lived there in the face repeatedly. The criminal complaint also alleges that Justice struck her in the back of the head, chest, and torso, before kicking her while she lay on the ground.
