Charleston Police bust a man they say is responsible for a rash of break-ins in the South Hills area.
Police arrested 24-year old Thomas Burton. They say he broke into two homes on Longridge Road. Some of the items he stole were found.
Burton is charged with 2 burglaries and 2 counts of breaking and entering.
