A source close to the Aliayah Lunsford investigation tells Eyewitness News that divers are searching a body of water in Bendale in Lewis County.
The source says an underwater camera captured images that law enforcement deemed very credible and necessary to send divers in.
WDTV out of Bridgeport, WV is reporting that a State Police crime scene truck, the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, and Lewis County EMS were all on scene around 5:15 p.m.
The body of water is near Ralph and Lena Lunsford's former home in Bendale.
Aliayah Lunsford has been missing for more than five months.
