An Ohio Judge orders a mental competency exam for a teenager charged in a deadly school shooting last month.
Authorities say 17-year old T.J. Lane entered the cafeteria at Chardon High School located in northeastern Ohio and began shooting.
Three students were killed, two others seriously hurt. The ruling postpones next week's hearing that was set to determine if the case should move to adult court.

The shooting was reported around 7:30 a.m. Monday at Chardon High School about 30 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio. That's in Geauga County.
