A second person has been arrested in connection with the fatal hit and run accident last month in Elkview.
Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Grant Mitchell Givens, 23. He's charged with driving with a revoked license for DUI, false information, and accessory after the fact.
The alleged Lynsey Taylor, 22, was arrested earlier this month.
Deputies say she was driving the car that hit and killed Dennis James, 47, as he was trying to cross Elk River Road last month.
She is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death. Givens was allegedly a passenger in her car.
