A couple from Wheeling, West Virginia is celebrating a very special milestone. This Valentine's Day just happens to be their 70th Anniversary.
Herman and Cecilia Ciripompa married in Wheeling on February 14th, 1942, and the rest is history. Herman served in the Air Force during World War II and Cecilia was a homemaker.
The couple says they didn't lead an extravagant lifestyle. They rarely took vacations and saved most of their money, but they did enjoy dancing.
Herman remembers the first day he saw Cecilia. They have three children, eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
