A married couple is facing charges after allegedly claiming a neighbor's child on their tax return.
Woodrow Prater, Junior and Amy Blanton of Delbarton were arrested Tuesday and charged with obtaining money by false pretenses.
Police say the couple used information on a neighbor's 11-month old daughter on their tax return and apparently spread the word on how much money they were getting back.
Delbarton Police have given the information to the IRS to investigate.
