A Kanawha County mother convicted of killing her baby and on home confinement is allegedly spotted at a bar just hours after pleading guilty, now Leslie Boggs is back in jail.
Kanawha County Home Confinement Officers say Boggs admitted to them on Saturday that she was drinking and smoking marijuana on Friday.
They took her to South Central Regional Jail.
We're told Boggs went straight from her plea hearing Friday to South Ridge instead of going home.
Eyewitness News has also learned that Boggs posted comments on facebook following her plea hearing, saying she was "free" with other expletives used. She also talked about drinking by "wearing beer goggles". All factors that prosecutors will bring up at her sentencing.
Boggs says she was negligent in mixing alcohol and prescription pills when she passed out and smother her 3 month old baby in May of 2010.
Now it is up to a judge whether or not Boggs will have a bond or if she will stay in jail until her sentencing.
