A accused boy killer will go on trial in march more than two years after a Kanawha City double murder.
James Daughtery plead not guilty to killing Bruce Dulling and Carrie Pontier . He was 16 when they were killed in a car in an apparently drug related murder in February 2010.
He'll be tried as an adult March 26th on two murder counts. Court documents allege that Daughtery shot Pontier and Dueling as he sat in the back seat of Dueling's car. The killings were allegedly an attempt by Daughtery to gain credibility as a drug dealer A judge refused to grant any bond today.
