A Boone County man accused of murdering his own mother and then trying to kill a Boone County Deputy, is indicted on numerous charges.
Police say 56-year old Wesley Kinder is now indicted on second degree murder, attempted murder, and malicious assault. The killing happened back in September of 2011 near their home in Ashford.
Kinder told police he killed his mother because he did not want to go to his doctor's appointment. He suffers from Schizophrenia.
