The trial of a former church music minister accused of sexually abusing an 11-year-old boy was pushed back today allow prosecutors to attempt to try him on child pornography charges at the same time.
Robert Lutsy, 42, plead not guilty to the child porn charge today. Investigators say they also found child porn on his home computer in a search connected to the sexual abuse allegation.
He's now set for trial on both March,26 2012. His lawyer, however, moved to separate the trials. Judge Charlie King will schedule a hearing on that issue later.
