Boone County Sheriff's have made a third arrest in a hostage case where a Boone County man allegedly held five people hostage and raped his estranged wife.
40 year old Darrel McNeely has been charged with felony accessory before and after the fact of the kidnapping..
McNeely was found at a residence near Yawkey, he is currently in the western regional jail
