Students at Ohio University were put on high alert Thursday night after a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery was seen near campus.
Police say Billy J. Caudill robbed the People's Bank in Carroll, Ohio.
Caudill is 5'7" tall and weighs about 195 pounds. He has hazel eyes and is believed to have a shaved head.
Caudill is considered armed and dangerous. Students should stay indoors and report suspicious activity to the police immediately.
