The case of a Belle man who allegedly raped his 6-year-old stepdaughter has been handed up to the grand jury.
Dean Kinder was in court Friday for his preliminary hearing. The victim, who is now 17, reported the the alleged abuse last October.
Kinder told police he performed oral sex multiple times on his then stepdaughter when she was just 6-years-old. He also told police he had sex with her.
