Longtime radio personality Bill Shahan has a new gig.
He is the new Community Development Coordinator with the Mountain Mission in Charleston.
Shahan will coordinate the organization's efforts to collect furniture, clothing, and money throughout the Kanawha Valley. Shahan says he is excited for the opportunity to give back.
A radio format change forced Shahan out of his last job. He's lived in the area for 50 years.
