A Putnam county woman charged with the death of her daughter, may spend the rest of her life in prison.
Last October a jury found Tracy Wright guilty of murder and child neglect for not giving her 3-year old daughter, Ashley, life saving medicine. The toddler suffered from cystic fibrosis.
Ashley died after too much mucus accumulated in her lungs. The state says this case was difficult to handle. Wright was given mercy. She will be eligible for parole in 2027.
