A Poca High School teacher is in trouble again.
Tuesday night, members of the Putnam County Board of Education suspended Jack Dailey for ten days without pay for insubordination.
Dailey is the business teacher and former tennis coach at Poca High School.
Dailey was first suspended last September following an incident police described as a hoax, where he was out with some students and put one of them in the trunk of his car.
