The Kanawha Bureau of Investigation has arrested a Nitro man on child pornography charges.
Police say William Collins, 28, rented a computer from the Nitro Rent-A-Center, and when he returned it, the manager discovered child porn on the hard drive.
Police say Collins admitted he received the image from a contact on Yahoo Instant Messenger.
Police also say Collins told them he requested nude pictures of young girls from others online, including a 7-year-old girl.
He's being held at the South Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
