A man who police say attacked a woman at the Charleston Town Center Mall is sentenced to ten years in prison.
James Perkins is charged with first degree robbery.
Police say back in April, Perkins choked a woman, pushed her to the ground and stole her purse.
Perkins allegedly got away with less than ten dollars in cash.
