THREE CAR CRASH One Killed In Jackson County Car Accident

One person died after a three car crash in Jackson county on Saturday afternoon.
State police say it happened just before 2pm on old Route 21 near Ripley. We're told one vehicle rear ended another, causing it to slide into the other lanes where a different car hit it head on.
One person was thrown from the vehicle, flown to CAMC, and pronounced dead. Two others were also taken to a hospital. The victim's name has not been released.
