A traffic tie up on a busy street in downtown Huntington Wednesday morning when a car flipped over on its side.
It happened just after 10:30am in the 1300 block of 3rd Avenue. It appears the driver of the car that flipped over pulled out in front of another SUV when trying to pull across 13th Street onto Veteran's Memorial Boulevard.
We're told the driver of that car, an elderly man, was trapped for a short time. He is expected to be okay.
