Meet Charleston's Baby New Year.
Baby Felix Shaw Steele was knocking at the door as the clock struck midnight.
Baby Felix's parent's, Jessica Brock and Dustin Steele, welcomed their new bundle of joy 5:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
The baby was supposed to be born December 27, 2011, but decided to hold off.
Mother and child are said to be healthy and happy.
