26 year old Jessica Brown didn't say if she was innocent or guilty of committing computer fraud on the way to magistrate court.

But she allegedly stole a woman's food stamp assistance card and used it at the South Charleston Kroger.

Tipsters said Brown was staying at a house in Campbell's Creek, but by the time we got there she was already on her way to the courthouse to turn herself in

Although she was put in cuffs, deputies and police still need your help finding other fugitives.

21 year old Matthew Landers is wanted for six counts of sexual assault. Landers' 15 year old girlfriend told police she and Landers began having sex in January of 2009 and had continued up until July of 2009. The underage girlfriend told police she was unable to remember specific dates when they had had sex but she was able to remember at least six different locations. Landers is 5'5" 145 pounds. His last known address is on Grapevine Road in Sissonville.


Gary Nottingham is no stranger to police. He has a record of numerous traffic citations, and at least five DUI's, but police say he will not come to court. During one of his arrests a Dunbar Police officer said Nottingham's eyes were glassy and bloodshoot and he smelled of alcohol but he refused to take a field sobriety test. But at police headquarters he blew a .136 blood alcohol content; well over the legal limit to drive. Nottingham is 5'11" 250 pounds. His last known address is at the Central Avenue apartments in Charleston.
