Nearly 500 more people in Kanawha County are now vaccinated against H1N1.
Hundreds of people began lining up by about 6:30 Tuesday morning for the 9:00 a.m. clinic at the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department. It was the first adults-only vaccination clinic for high-risk patients ages 19-64.
After a 58-year-old Kanawha County woman died most likely from swine flu-related complications, more people want to be protected.
Health Department director Dr. Rahul Gupta said, "I think we have a very informed community who understand the importance of vaccination."
