A body has been discovered in the Guyandotte River just outside of downtown Logan.
Family of Charles David Milon say they fear the body is him.
56 year old Milon walked away from The Logan Center around 10:00 P.M. Monday night.
The body was found in the river about three miles from the rehabilitation center.
Milon had only been living at the center since late October.
He was seeking treatment there for a head injury.
Milon's family says he was only expected to stay there for three to six months.
Meanwhile, the Logan County Sheriff's Department is still investigating, but at this time they don't suspect foul play.
