A Charleston man is indicted on animal cruelty charges for allegedly starving one horse to death and almost starving another. 30 year old Clint Casto faces two counts of animal cruelty. Last year, Casto ran unsuccessfully for the House of Delegates in Kanawha County's 32nd district, losing in May's primary. The surviving horse has been taken to a farm in Tornado. If convicted, Casto faces up to 10 years in prison.
