A drunken disturbance turns into more than just a bad hangover for a Kanawha County woman.
Tuesday evening Tina Tetso was arrested and charged with battery of a police officer, obstructing police and disorderly conduct.
Kanawha County Deputies say they found Tetso and another intoxicated woman causing a disturbance in St. Albans.
When deputies tried to arrest Tetso she allegedly bit one of the officers on the elbow.
Deputies say they were forced to use pepper spray on the woman to transport her to Charleston for booking.
The other woman involved was taken to Cares.
