Nitro Police caught Sean Lee Rucker, 34, of St. Albans and Robert Jordan, 20, of Hurricane at the R.J. Recycling Company in Nitro around 1:30 a.m. Monday morning.
Police say they recovered 15 catalytic converters they say the suspects were trying to steal.
The men are charged with felony offense of breaking and entering, and are behind bars at the South Central Regional Jail.
