Ann M. Thacker, 30, of Gallipolis Ferry is facing two felony charges of sexual assault and five charges of child neglect causing bodily injury, as well as one count of possession of marijuana.
The alleged victims were all juveniles from the ages of three to fifteen. Police say she is related to three of the victims. Right now, Thacker is sitting in the Western Regional Jail on a $250,000.00 bond.
