ON THE BEAT South Charleston Hires Six New Police Officers

The City of South Charleston just hired six new officers. The hire of the new officers will bring the South Charleston Department to a full force, for the first time in several years.
The officers will now attend the West Virginia State Police Academy, and are expected to graduate in December.
