A 17-year-old boy is dead after an ATV accident in the Campbells Creek area.
Police say it appears the teen crossed the center line and hit the truck head on.
The boy was not wearing a helmet and was killed instantly.
A person who knew the boy says speed on the road also could have contributed to the wreck.
The driver of the truck was not hurt, and right now it is unclear if charges will be filled.
