Charleston Police say a man is dead after an early morning motorcycle crash on Capitol Street on Thursday.
Police say 27-year-old Randall Osborne from Clendenin was speeding down the road around 3:30 a.m., and pulled a wheelie as he passed some city workers.
The driver hit a ramp near Capitol Market, went airborne, and flipped over the handle bars.
Osbourne died at the scene.
