One of the two suspects in the Jolly Pirate Donut Shop robbery in Huntington, West Virginia waived his preliminary hearing.
Officers say on Sunday July 7th Joshua Wyrick and his father Stephen allegedly went into the shop with plastic bags over their heads and arms and stole hundreds of lottery tickets and the stores cash register.
Both suspects turned themselves in later that evening.
Joshua Wyrick's case now goes to the grand jury.
