If you are not heading up to Morgantown to catch the Texas game and plan on eating out in Charleston, we have a lot of information for you.

This week we started out at Mo's Diner in St. Albans. Inspectors found 28 violations, including 10 critical.

Inspectors said there wasn't a manager on duty, they watched an employee put on gloves without washing his hands and use a spatula on raw eggs.

There was also food kept at an unsafe temperature and some other food wasn't date marked. With all those violations, Mo's Diner got a fair rating.

Now it's important to point out that in all the other inspections going back a year at Mo's Diner, these are the first violations it has received. The diner's other inspections going back to last October were perfect.

Next, we headed over on the West Side of Charleston to Mama Rosa's, where inspectors found 13 violations, including four critical.

Inspectors said there were eggs stored above buns, there was food in the cooler stored at an unsafe temperature and there were some dirty containers. Mama Rosa's got those taken care of and received a good rating.

Up next, we checked out Diana's Downtown Cafe in Charleston. Inspectors found seven violations, including four critical.

There was ground beef stored over ready-to-eat food, inspectors saw some mold in the ice machine, the refrigerator fan was dirty and there was food stored on the floor.

Diana's got enough of those critical violations cleaned up to receive a good rating.
