BEHIND THE KITCHEN DOOR
Things were relatively quiet at the various health departments this week, but I do have a couple of places to tell you about.
RECENT KITCHEN DOORS OPENEDWe start out over at the Pizza Hut over at 1611 Kanawha Blvd. in Charleston. Inspectors found 7 violations, including one critical. The rinse cycle wasn`t working on the dishwasher-there wasn`t any sanitizer. Some of the ceiling fans were dirty and so was the exhaust hood. There was only one place with a report good enough to get a thumbs up. The Kanawha River Deli and Cafe in Chesapeake was perfect-great job guys.
