BEHIND THE KITCHEN DOOR
This place undergoes very tough inspections they actually give themselves every month, so they always have good scores.
RECENT KITCHEN DOORS OPENEDSome places don't do that, and this week, the China Gourmet over at the Shops at Trace Fork tops our list. Inspectors found 6 violations, including one critical. There was a problem with the sushi rice. That was corrected immediately. There was also uncovered food in the refridgerator. We have a couple of places that did a great job, the IHOP in Kanawha City and Chuck E Cheese over in South Ridge both had good inspections.
