Afterward the same emotions exist. But you add in taking care of the baby and extreme exhaustion. So most mothers have a little bit of baby blues. but really, one of the best things to do is exercise. It sounds simple but get out and move.

One of our favorite products is "Bio Oil". It's a super hydrating formula that is designed to prevent stretch marks and fade scars. And it's really easy to find at a drug store.

To bounce back, after your bundle of joy comes... a healthy diet is a major issue... Moline says the Super Star Mom's she interviews have chefs making them fabulous foods... but you can have your own version...

Nutra System delivers to your door. They have these great pre-packaged meals. There are about 170 different ones that are the right portion, and you don't have to worry about calories or fat . They're ready to eat.

And you're ready to take care of yourself.

A couple other hints to help you bounce back after the baby comes, is don't think you need everything all at once. Think savings.
