Some flooding reported in Boone, Logan counties

Some flooding was reported in some areas as a flash flood warning was in effect for portions of several counties in West Virginia.

The National Weather Service in Charleston said flash flood warning remains in effect until 12:45 p.m. Monday for northwestern Mingo County, northwestern Logan and central Boone counties, the National Weather Service said.

Flooding was reported in the Six Mile Hollow area of Boone County, where water was covering a portion of the roadway. The weather service said Chapmanville area in Logan County also had some flooding.
