Police find 60 marijuana plants during bust on Charleston's East End, two arrested
CHARLESTON, WV (WCHS/WVAH) —
Two people are behind bars after police busted a major marijuana grow on Charleston’s East End.
Daniel Walker and Misty Pickens are charged with cultivating marijuana after Charleston police found 60 marijuana plants, according to police.
Police received a tip that the growing operation was going on.
Walker and Pickens are being held in the South Central Regional Jail on $5,000 bond.

Charleston police have not released many details, but said Patrolman C. Jarrett and Patrolman A. Lindell found 60 marijuana plants after receiving a tip.
Two people have been arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana. Their names have not been released.
Police said all of the marijuana plants were taken to the Charleston Police Department to be processed.
