CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) - Charleston police are looking for a man accused of pulling a shotgun on someone Friday morning on Hall Street on the West Side.Carl Hughes is wanted for brandishing.On Wednesday, Charleston police arrested Hughes for disorderly conduct after conducting an undercover sting at the Charleston Town Center Mall. Charleston Police Chief Steve Cooper says Hughes was arrested again on Friday afternoon for trespassing at the mall but they did not have warrants yet for the brandishing incident.
