Inaugural "Rhythm and Brews" Festival hits South Charleston Saturday

Craft beer and music fans have a chance to enjoy both under one roof in South Charleston this weekend at the inaugural "Rhythm and Brews" Festival.

The festival is scheduled 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at the South Charleston Community Center, according to the organization's Facebook page.

A large variety of beers will be available, with a focus on West Virginia and regional beers. With a ticket, those attending receive a beer stein and five 12 ounce beers.

Musical acts will include William Matheny, Porch 40 and John Inghram's Slugfest.

Those interested in attending must be 21-years-old or older.

Tickets for the event are $35 online and will be $50 at the door. Tickets can be purchased here.

The event is being presented by Fund for the Arts.
