Huntington police arrested four people Wednesday afternoon who are now facing felony drug charges.

A release from the Huntington Police Department said the investigation began when deputies saw several known drug dealers get off a Greyhound bus and walk into a home at 214 West Seventh Street.

After seeing the known dealers get off the bus, detectives set up a surveillance operation and saw hand-to-hand drug deals, which established probable cause for a search warrant, according to the release.

During a search of the home detectives found a large amount of heroin, scales, and packaging materials. The release said the house had very little furniture and no running water, which led detectives to believe the house was used as a packaging site for heroin that had just arrived and was going to be distributed during the next few days.

Detectives found about 250 grams of heroin in the home. The release said the drugs had a street value of about $45,000.

Maurice D. Eaddy Jr., 20, of Warren, Michigan, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, and obstructing an officer.

Derek Eugene Johnson, 43, of Detroit, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Marquan "GG" Charles Williams, of Detroit, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Jessica Renee Vaughn, 30, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

The release said the Code Enforcement Unit and Cabell-Huntington Health Department also responded and issued a "Do Not Occupy" order.

The property owner was also cited.
