Bluegrass, country music featured Friday at Live on the Levee

A little bluegrass and country music can help get your weekend off on the right foot.

Nora Jean Struthers and the Party Line, a band that features that genre of music, is the headliner Friday for Moses Auto Group Live on the Levee. The band will take the Schoenbaum Stage at Haddad Riverfront Park in Charleston about 7:45 p.m.

The opening act, which will start its performance about 6:30 p.m., will be Charleston-based band GypsyRhythm.

Live on the Levee is a free concert series conducted every Friday throughout the summer season on the Schoenbaum Stage at Haddad Riverfront Park in Charleston.
