Live actors will participate in a special Easter presentation in Putnam County that shows the events from the Last Supper to Jesus’ resurrection.

During the “Journey to the Cross” presentation at Red House Bible Church, audience members can drive around viewing from designated stops along the way.

The event will take place rain or shine at the church from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday.

Church members said they are putting on this event for everyone regardless of background to give people a better understanding of these events.

The long-term goal for the church is to make this a part of the community's Easter celebration in the same way that the homecoming parade and "Walk Through Bethlehem" have been incorporated.

"We can't make church any easier,” Pastor Greg Blake said. “You sit in the comfort of your car. If it's raining, you can keep the window up. If it's snowing, you can keep the heater on. If it's hot, you can keep the air flowing. We can't make it any easier than this for you to come."
