Every morning, we feature a picture from a viewer. Here's where you'll send us your pictures. FOR ALL PICTURES The best pictures tell a story about some unusual weather, like lots of snow, impressive clouds, a beautiful sunny day, hail, wind or rain damage, the kids bundled up from the cold (so much so that they can't move,) an impressive sunset or sunrise... you get the idea! Remember to tell us the names of anyone in the picture and where the picture was taken. If you can remember when you took the picture, tell us that too! If there is a story surrounding the picture (why you took it) be sure to include that in your letter or email to us. ELECTRONIC PICTURES If you have a picture that is scanned or taken with an electronic camera, you can email it directly to us on the Internet. Your picture should be at least 640 X 480 pixels in size. It should be a full color (24 bit/true color) image. The best way to send it is as a JPEG (.jpg) picture with the quality set to high or at least 85. Other formats can be BMP, TIFF, PCX, PSD (Photoshop) or TGA. Please do not send a picture if it does not have one of the extensions listed. YOU COULD GET MUGGED! Every Friday, we'll pick the best picture of the week and send the person submitting the photo a Eyewitness News This Morning coffee mug!
